The Recap Group provides building repair and maintenance services in British Columbia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. - Your email address and phone number
- Property details you provide, such as property type, location, and a description of the issue or project
We do not collect more information than we need to respond to your request.

- Respond to your inquiry
- Prepare a quote for the work you describe
- Schedule a site visit or follow-up
Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers we use to respond to your request, for example, the systems that deliver and store contact form submissions. Those providers are only permitted to use your information to provide their service to us.
Retention
We keep your information only as long as it is needed to handle your inquiry and to meet reasonable business record requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or render it anonymous.

Under BC's Personal Information Protection Act, you may ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask how it has been used and to whom it has been disclosed, and request that we correct it if it is inaccurate.
